Terms of service

These terms cover the HGCrafting website at hgcrafting.com and the Minecraft game server it represents, both operated by HG Network. By using the website or connecting to the server you agree to them.

1. Access

Access to the server is a privilege. We may suspend or remove access to any player at any time, for any reason, including breaking the rules. Bans may apply across all HG Network servers.

2. Purchases

• Every purchase is a voluntary donation toward the cost of running the server. In return we grant in-game items, ranks or perks as described on the store page.
• Purchases are tied to the game account you enter at checkout. We are not responsible for purchases sent to the wrong account because of a typo. Check your Minecraft account name or ID before you pay.
• Perks exist only on the server and have no cash value. They cannot be traded, transferred or exchanged for money.
• Monthly packages renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through the link in your Stripe receipt email or by opening a ticket in Discord.
• We may change, rebalance or remove any perk to keep the server fair. We will not remove a purchased perk without a replacement of similar value unless the player is banned.
• Being banned does not entitle you to a refund.

Refunds are handled under the refund policy.

3. Your conduct

You agree to follow the server rules, not to use cheats or exploits, and not to attempt to disrupt the website, the server or its payment processing. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us are treated as fraud and result in a network wide ban.

4. Content

Builds, characters and other content you create on the server stay on the server and may be reset at any time, including at the end of a season or wipe. We may use screenshots and recordings of the server for promotion.

5. Minors

You must be at least 13 to use the website and server. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve any purchase.

6. No affiliation

HGCrafting is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the publisher of Minecraft. All game trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Liability

The website and server are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HG Network is not liable for any loss arising from downtime, data loss, resets, bans or changes to the server.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
